Lunge Challenge Progress blog
So far I haven't encountered any major problems. I have not yet timed myself but have began to research the effect that doing lunges has had on runners. The longer the stride the less steps and faster time it takes to cross the finish line. So this being true, when doing lunges I need to really stretch my legs apart so that they have a bigger impact on my pace. I am planning on doing this repeatedly every day so that it pays off and will continue to research this topic.
Lunge Challenge
For my new thirty day challenge I will be exploring the idea that lunges can make a sprinter faster by decrease the amount of strides taken. I will test this theory by doing 30 lunges each day of this challenge and I will also time myself at the 100 meters while counting the amount of strides I have taken. I will then record this data and time myself several more times and see if my time gets better. To ensure my times are accurate, every time I time myself I will average it from a series of sprints to make my data as accurate as possible. That is what I plan on doing for the next thirty days in my challenge! I will the. Present this in a PowerPoint.

Concluding Blog
Overall, I have not been able to complete Around the World, but I have come very close. I can conclude that thirty days was not enough time to learn and master this trick. I have practiced it many times and have improved upon my juggling skills which have made controlling the ball in this trick significantly easier but it still wasn't enough. I experienced a lot of trouble with getting my foot fully around the ball before it hit the ground due to the gravitational pull on the ball. If given more time I believe that I could have mastered this trick. I have learned a lot from doing this thirty day challenge and now know how much time, focus, and effort it really takes to accomplish a task like this.

Progress Report
For my trick I have chosen to do what's called around the world. To perform this I will need to master how to juggle the ball on one foot. This is a complicated trick where timing is everything, I need to juggle the ball then kick it in the air and rotate my foot around the ball in a clockwise motion then com tie to juggle again. Have not yet mastered this yet, but I have been juggling the ball and learned how to keep it under conrtol by using softer touches. I will continue to attempt this trick as my 30 day challenge progresses.

30 Day Challenge Introduction
For my learning challenge I am going to teach myself how to do a soccer trick with a soccer ball. This interests me because I love to play soccer, it's one of my favorite things to do. To learn how to do this I will use the internet as my main source to learn what exactly I need to do and what not to do to successfully perform the trick/move. This will not be an easy task, I will have to learn how much force to use on the ball and how the ball will react in the air when kicked. I believe it will be difficult and possibly frustrating but I think that I can accomplish it. I will most likely present my 30 day challenge in a series of videos taken showing my progress and maybe some of the challenges that I experience along the way. Overall I am excited to start focusing on my project!
